Purpose and legal basis of data processing
We store your data only for the fulfillment of your inquiries, fulfillment and processing of contracts and for our own advertising purposes. The processing is based on the current data protection laws. If you have an inquiry, have us prepare an offer or conclude a contract with us, we process your personal data. Depending on the type of contract, this may be your surname(s), first name(s), address, e-mail address, telephone number/fax number, birth date/place if applicable, bank data, VAT ID. We store and process this data in our customer administration for the fulfillment and processing of the contract as well as for our own advertising purposes. Data will not be passed on to other third parties. Automated decision-making also does not take place.

Data protection during applications and the recruiting process
The controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. The processing may also take place electronically.
