We have specialized in the following printing techniques:

Screen printing

Each printing ink is applied to the substrate by means of a rubber squeegee through a fine-mesh textile fabric. One screen is required per colour. Due to the high ink application, the print is highly weather-resistant, durable and UV-resistant. Almost all plastic and film surfaces can be printed using screen printing.

Since 2021 we additionally print in flatbed screen printing in a modern cleanroom facility.

Flexographic printing

In this printing process, the print image is applied using a plastic plate (cliché), allowing for high printing speeds. Combinations with other printing techniques are possible. It is possible to apply 4 flexographic and 4 screen printing colours in a single workflow.

Digital printing

Graphics from the digital memory are transferred directly to the printing press. Colour gradients and photos can also be reproduced at high quality. Individual data (graphics, QR codes, numbering, barcodes) and short runs can be printed in one process. Almost all plastics and film surfaces can be printed. The printed products are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Combinations with other printing techniques are possible.

Laser engraving

In addition to the classic printing techniques mentioned above, we also offer film labels that are laser-marked to your specifications. This technique is used when permanent identification is required combined with very high resistance to high- and low-temperature loads as well as UV radiation.

For these labels we use a laser-engraving or laser-ablation film specifically developed for laser marking. This laser film is two-layered; the upper coating is removed by YAG or CO2 laser ablation. Depending on the application, different film types can be selected, such as polyester or acrylate films. This allows a wide variety of fonts and graphics to be produced.

In addition to individual data such as barcodes, data matrix etc., consecutive numbering is also possible.
